Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your use of PredChat on WhatsApp.

How to request

1. Send an email to shubomisempire@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request – PredChat.
2. In the body, include the full phone number you use with WhatsApp (same international format as in your profile, e.g. including country code).
3. We may ask a brief follow-up to confirm you control that number.

What we delete

Upon a verified request, we aim to delete or anonymize:

• Your user record (phone-linked profile, pending flows, copy-trading preferences).
• Encrypted wallet and encrypted Limitless API key material stored for that phone number.
• Associated fee balance and claim request rows tied to that phone number where technically and legally appropriate.

We may retain minimal records if required for law, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes, and we cannot remove data already on public blockchains.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to complexity and legal holds.
